The typical Japanese bone names:
左 - Left
右 - Right
腕 - Arm
肘 - Elbow
手首 - Wrist
親指 - Thumb
人さし指 - fore finger
中指 - middle finger
薬指 - third finger
小指 - little finger
頭 - head
首 - neck
上半身 - Upper Body
下半身 - Lower body
足 - Leg
膝 - Knee
足首 - Ankle
足 - Foot

Those are bones that most models would have, but if you need help for a bone which is specific to a model (like a set of wings or whatever), ask me.
